Our focus is a professional grooming supply showroom and retailer in Colorado Springs, bringing together essential consumables, dependable tools and practical product guidance. We’re building a place to explore products, compare options and plan the next restock with confidence.
Our mission is to help groomers keep their businesses moving through thoughtful product selection, knowledgeable support and lasting relationships with the local grooming community. Pet owners looking for quality at-home care are welcome, too.

Is Groom Hub open yet?
We’re preparing to open in Colorado Springs. Our final address, opening date and store hours will be posted here once confirmed. Online orders and grooming appointments are not open yet.
What will you carry?
Our planned assortment includes professional shampoos and conditioners, clippers and blades, shears, brushes and combs, finishing products, hose attachments and workstation essentials. Individual brands, sizes and products will be listed as our opening assortment is finalized.
Where are the prices and stock counts?
The catalog currently previews our planned assortment. Confirmed retail prices and availability will appear with individual products before ordering opens. A supply list is a browsing aid, not an order or stock reservation.
Can I order online and pick up?
Yes, online ordering with in-store pickup is planned for launch. Wait for a ready-for-pickup message before visiting. We will not offer curbside pickup at launch.
Do you ship or deliver?
Our launch plan focuses on shopping in person and ordering online for pickup inside the store. Shipping and delivery are not currently offered.
Do I have to be a professional groomer to shop?
No. Our focus is professional supplies, and pet owners are welcome to explore products for at-home coat care. Choose products appropriate for your pet and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Can I book a grooming appointment?
Appointments are not open yet. The planned professional workspaces will be operated by independent groomers who manage their own booking, prices and services. We’ll share their details when available.
What about returns, damaged items and warranties?
Our retail return policy will be published before checkout opens. Product-specific manufacturer warranty details will accompany eligible tools and equipment. For a future order issue, keep your receipt, packaging and photos of any damage.
Will you offer professional or bulk pricing?
Professional ordering support is part of our plan. Any eligible pricing or quantity offers will be shown once confirmed; no blanket discount is currently advertised.
